Best Western Plus Mahboula

Overall, an excelent experience. The staff was great and super helpful to accomodate all my request, specially considering I was working very late hours and needed, for example, late room cleaning and super early breakfast. The hotel's facilities are great (machines on the gym a bit old, but it's tolerable) and the pool's amazing. Breakfast was good and room service was quite fast. Location is pretty good (albeit, not panoramic/scenic) and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, even a pharmacy across the street.

All the facilities and services of the hotel are available, as advertised on booking.com. (It is an excellent medium-size 4 star hotel with all facilities needed for work-related travel). Hotel is located on a street with lot of services (convenient stores, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc), all in walking distance range. Shaded car parking available.

Staff was friendly, helpful, informative & eager. Every member of the staff was exceptional in my encounters with them.

The staff had always a nice word and they have been very friendly. And very helpful with the paperwork. Take Ankit Sharma for instance, always smiling, always very polite. The entire crew was very very good.

The staff are polite and helpful. The room was spacious and wide. The amenities inside the room was up to standards. The location was also perfect for us.
